We attend a rehearsal and a live service, look at everything from the microphones to the stream, and give you a written list of what to fix first and what it will cost.
What we look at
The whole room, during the service.
Problems hide in rehearsals and show up on Sunday, so we see both.
- Sound. Coverage, clarity, feedback, monitor mixes, gain structure and the console setup.
- Lighting. Stage and house levels, faces on camera, color and control.
- Video. Screens, projection or LED, sightlines, cameras and routing.
- Livestream. The audio feed, picture, encoder, network and what viewers at home really get.
- People. How the team works on Sunday, and where it depends on one person.

Questions about the Checkup
Where do you travel?
Anywhere in the US. Within about four hours' drive of St. Louis, the $750 covers everything. Further out, the church books and covers flights and lodging for the visit.
How do we schedule it?
Book and pay online, and we'll contact you within one business day to pick a weekend with a rehearsal and a service.
Will you try to sell us equipment?
The report tells you what we'd fix and why, including the fixes that cost nothing. What you do with it is up to you.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fairview is fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) on request.
