FAQ
Questions churches ask us.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in the US. We're based in St. Louis. Within about four hours' drive we come to you by road; further out we fly, and the church covers flights and lodging.
Where should we start?
With a Sunday Checkup. For $750 we watch a real service and tell you, in writing, what to fix first. If you then hire us for an install within 90 days, the fee is credited to the project.
Do we have to replace everything?
Rarely. Many rooms improve dramatically with tuning, better placement, a few key components and trained volunteers. We'll tell you when replacement is genuinely the better value.
How much does an install cost?
It depends on the room and what it needs, from a few thousand dollars for a focused upgrade to seven figures for a full new-build system. Every install gets a written, fixed proposal before you commit.
Can you work with our architect or contractor?
Yes. On new builds and renovations we coordinate power, data, rigging and conduit with your design and construction team, ideally before walls close.
Will installation disrupt our services?
We plan the work around your calendar so services continue. Where a room has to be offline, we agree the dates with you up front.
Do you train our volunteers?
Every install includes training. For existing systems, a Volunteer Training Day covers up to 12 people on your own equipment.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fairview is fully insured, and we can provide a certificate of insurance (COI) on request.
